Retail Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as the provisions contained herein govern your retail rights and obligations in respect of the retail purchase of any and all Products displayed on the retail section of Barrano's Panama Hats website.
All Internet orders can take up to 2-5 business days to process within the factory in most cases. If the order is going to be delayed, our factory officer will inform clients via email when they can expect delivery. All orders are shipped by certified Ecuadorian airmail and include a tracking code.
Barranco's Panama Hats is not responsible for any delays due to customs or duties imposed on any panama hat orders entering into the customer's country. Any of the items mentioned above will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
One year warranty against factory defects. Does not apply to normal wear and tear.
At Barranco's panama hats we strive to enhance our service and product at all times to achieve a long lasting relationship with our customers worldwide.If your order does not meet your satisfaction orders can be returned for a full refund. Returns must be returned within 14 days from delivery date. All orders must be in the original condition.

c.details of your claim
If a customer has ordered incorrect size please return the item to us, enclosing details of the replacement size with also notifying our USA office before shipping back the order to the factory. For exchanges of a different hat style please also contact our USA office to mail back the order to receive a credit towards future orders with Barranco's Panama Hats.

How online product images may not always be exact to actual order
